Job Description:
Handling assigned customer and taking the specification of the properties.
Identifying potential and perspective customer for the assigned customers.
Listing properties which will meet the customers requirements.
Convincing the customer for the site Visit.
Keeping follow ups of potential customer and requesting them for the booking of apartments.
Responsible for raising the invoices as a commission of company.
Responsible to meet the builders to understand the projects clearly.
Keeping in good contact with the fellow realtors for good and smooth business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
